How to Use

As a hair pack (external use)

• Mix 3–4 tbsp henna powder with warm water, black tea or a little lemon juice to make a smooth, yoghurt-like paste.
• Cover and rest for 4–6 hours for a better colour release.
• Apply on clean, dry hair and scalp, leave for 1–3 hours and rinse with plain water.
• Add curd, amla or neem powder for a herbal hair pack.

For mehendi designs (external use)

• Make a thicker paste with lemon juice and a little sugar, rest for a few hours and fill into a cone.
• Leave the design on for 4–6 hours, then scrape off. Avoid water for the first few hours for a deeper stain.
