These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Broo Foods online store and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated by Broo Foods, New Nallakunta, Hyderabad, Telangana 500044, India ("Broo Foods", "we", "us") and hosted on Shopify.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products
- Our products are 100% natural, dehydrated food products with no added preservatives. Natural variations in colour, taste, texture and aroma may occur between batches; this is not a defect.
- Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging may vary.
- Information on our website about benefits and usage is general and traditional information. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication.
- Please read the ingredient list before purchase if you have any allergies.
3. Prices & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (no extra charge).
- We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, unserviceable pincodes, suspected fraud or errors.
5. Shipping, cancellation & returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; cancellations and refunds by our Refund Policy. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. As our products are food items, returns are not accepted after dispatch.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes are valid only as described, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Broo Foods name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to Broo Foods and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broo Foods is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
