How to Use

• Hot rice: mix 1 tsp with hot rice, ghee and a pinch of salt for instant karivepaku annam.
• Buttermilk: add ½ tsp to buttermilk (majjiga / chaas) with salt and roasted cumin.
• Chutney podi / gunpowder: blend with roasted dal, chilli and garlic.
• Curries, dals & sambar: stir in at the end for aroma.
